NOTE: Requests to pre- or post-extend your stay at Loews Kansas City Hotel must be confirmed by Olivia Migliazzo and will be accepted based on hotel availability. All costs associated with your hotel arrangements will be your responsibility. The group rate is honored three days prior or three days following the program dates. You may be subject to cancellation charges if a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
